60 minute sessions beginning with extensive conversation regarding your history and goals followed by an in-depth examination of your posture, gait, range of motion, strength, balance, and more. Expect to leave your session with a detailed plan on what to do, what not to do, exercises to help you reach your goals, education on your condition, and expected timeline for recovery.
Wellness and Sports Performance
60 minute sessions beginning with conversation regarding your goals that may be healthy aging, sport performance, and more. Sessions will start with assessment of strength, flexibility, endurance, and balance. Evaluation may also include assessment of broad jump distance, vertical height, speed with acceleration/deceleration/change of direction. Exercise program will be tailored to your individual goals with periodic re-assessment. Onsite and virtual programming available.
